Wild Ginger China Bistro
Wild Ginger has been a cornerstone of Wooster’s food scene for over 45 years. Originally opened as a small diner on Liberty Street across from JAFB, we’ve grown and evolved with our community. In 2004, we moved to our current location on Burbank Road, bringing with us decades of flavor and tradition.
While we started with classic Cantonese staples, today’s menu blends time-honored dishes like General Tso’s Chicken, Sweet & Sour Pork, and handmade egg rolls with fresh new additions—like our extensive sushi offerings and customer favorites like sea bass and Kung Pao.
